BIOPRO PLUS – the new frontier of protection for your cheese!

Our R&D has developed a new and original freeze-dried protective culture, BIOPRO PLUS (Lactobacillus plantarum), aimed to prevent the development of heterofermentative flora (Clostridium spp. primarily) in the production of semi-hard and hard cheese.
